I am a Senior and interests of mine include sports and communication. Throughout my time at Wofford I was on the volleyball team. I hope to combine my love of sports with communication as a career after I graduate. When I study abroad this spring I will be taking courses about Sports in Spain, which I am looking forward to. I am excited for the many adventures to come after graduation. Through all of my opportunities and experiences at Wofford I know that I am ready for whatever comes next.

My name is Bre and I really like shoes. I’m an English major with a concentration in Creative Writing and I’m originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m a Bonner Scholar at Wofford College, which means I do 140 hours of volunteer work in the local Spartanburg community every semester. I volunteer with the Northside Development Group, a non-profit land bank seeking to fundamentally revitalize the Northside neighborhood of Spartanburg. I am a senior English major and am especially interested in journalism. I work with a news station in Spartanburg, SC, called WSPA-TV. I enjoy keeping up with current events and writing news stories. I also work with the Wofford athletic department as a sports reporter, and get to interview coaches and players. A few other aspiring reporters and I are starting a digital journalism program at Wofford, and we are pretty excited. I am als member of a sorority, play on Wofford's club volleyball team

Hi, I am a Wofford Art History major, with Business and Studio Art minors. I chose to take this class because the world of social media is very interesting to me. And having served as the Social Media Director for both The Old Gold and Black and for Kappa Alpha Theta, I found a love for digital marketing. This class was used in order to better understand the digital cultures outside of America. It helped me to learn how to engage and incorporate other cultures into my life and my line of work.

I am a senior Sociology major. This class was very interesting to me because I was able to learn about new cultures and the digital aspect that goes along with them.  I loved learning about how some cultures use social media and the Internet the same as I do but it was also cool to see the differences between the United States and other countries.
